Anydesk is a remote access app but it doesn't appear to be installed and has no files installed that I can see while booted to Safe Mode. After doing a full Windows Restore I can finally boot into Windows normally but there's still no reference to Anydesk anywhere on the machine. I don't know how it was booting directly into Anydesk sign-in previously. It just doesn't make sense. After the restore Windows boots up and Explorer. I can get to Task Manager to restart Explorer.
